Privacy, scoped to what FreeMyMemories actually does.

FreeMyMemories works with Snapchat data exports and Memories files you choose to provide to the app.

FreeMyMemories does not ask you to create a FreeMyMemories account.

FreeMyMemories does not ask for your Snapchat credentials.

FreeMyMemories does not use Snapchat OAuth, Snap Kit login, or official Snap APIs.

FreeMyMemories does not operate a cloud backend that receives your Memories.

Imported Memories are processed into the app's private local library on your iPhone. You decide when to import, browse, export, share, or delete content.

If you choose an import path that uses export or media URLs from your Snapchat data export, your device may request those user-provided URLs directly so the app can retrieve the files you asked it to import. That is not a FreeMyMemories account, and it does not mean FreeMyMemories receives your Memories on a FreeMyMemories server.

The app may also use ordinary Apple operating-system services needed for document picking, Photos export, purchases, downloads, diagnostics, and App Store distribution.

When you visit this website, standard web hosting systems may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security logs.

If you email support, we receive the email address, message contents, attachments you choose to send, and any follow-up details needed to answer you. Do not send private Memories to support unless you intentionally choose to include them in your message.

FreeMyMemories is distributed through the App Store. Purchases, refunds, download history, app updates, and app review systems are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Lifetime Unlock purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit and App Store systems. FreeMyMemories may receive purchase entitlement information needed to unlock app features, but Apple handles the payment transaction.

If you have Apple diagnostics or analytics enabled on your device, Apple may collect crash, performance, or usage information according to your Apple settings.

Memories imported into the app remain in the app's local storage unless you delete them, delete the app, or export and manage copies elsewhere. Memories exported to Photos, Files, or another destination are controlled by that destination after export.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed for support, business, security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us, subject to lawful retention needs.
